SeaDream Yacht Club has two of the largest mega-yachts in the world. SeaDream I and II sail on scheduled, seven-day schedules and itineraries. The amenities are second to none. Be pampered in the full-service Asian spa, play a game of backgammon or surf the web in the library. Maybe join some friends for a movie in the main salon. Although SeaDream yachts depart their first port of call and arrive at their last port of call as scheduled, arrivals and departures at intermediate ports are not necessarily cast in stone. The SeaDream Yacht Club Captains have the authority to adjust for local opportunities. So the yachts frequently make unscheduled calls at small ports to visit a local fish market, for example, or to remain longer than scheduled in a secluded bay so guests can enjoy a few more hours of water sports.
Yachting is a highly personal experience. So is the entertainment onboard SeaDream Yachts. There are no glitzy revues, no revolving stages with smoke and mirrors. There is an intimate Piano Bar, light music in the Main Lounge, first run movies or other special films in the Main Lounge and under the stars by the swimming pool, or your choice of CDs and DVDs in staterooms. In addition guests may check out at no cost an MP3 Jukebox stocked with all types of music, enough for 24 hours a day, for the complete sailing without repeating a selection. Many SeaDream Yacht Club guests like to entertain themselves. The art of conversation is considered important on SeaDream Yachts. So is the art of reading, sunbathing on deck or snoozing in the shade.
Guests aboard SeaDream Yacht Club are affluent, discerning, active travelers who have highly personal and casual lifestyles. The average age of SeaDream Yacht Club guests is 45 years. The unstructured nature of life aboard SeaDream I and II has strong appeal for these discriminating travelers. Besides active individuals and couples, SeaDream Yacht Club caters to small groups of likeminded travelers and the yachts are also available for full ship charter for corporate meetings, incentive groups or individual families.
In summer months SeaDream I and II sail to small, seldom-visited yachting ports along the Mediterranean Coast, into the Greek islands and to some classic cities in those areas. Similarly, in the winter months the twin yachts sail in the Caribbean to small yachting ports primarily in the U.S.Virgin Islands with embarkations in St. Thomas, Barbados and San Juan. These deployments are usually seven-day sailings with some four and five day sailings that appeal to the charter market. As stated above, the Captains have the authority to make changes in the itineraries and schedules to please the guests.
