EVA Air
Frequent Flyers (traveling three times or more, per year, internationally) are cleared to book the discounted Elite seats on EVA If seats are available in the discounted booking class. Please try to book as far in advance as possible, Peak has indicated the flights are already selling out 30 days in advance.
If the Elite seats are unavailable at our discount, the current policy for frequent travelers prevails ? which is; travelers can book the cheapest upgradeable fare on any airline, as long as it comes within $150.00 of the lowest price for an upgradeable ticket.
We are aware that there is a big push to get some of you over to Asia, some of you that may not currently be "frequent fliers" according to policy. If you plan to travel more than three times a year internationally, but have not yet been established as a frequent flier? Peak has been instructed to gain approval for Elite class on a case by case basis. We will need you to request approval first from your manager and second from the following approver:
For the Product Group: Peak Travel will ask Eric Edgecumbe approve status for their first Elite trip.
For the Engineering Group: Peak Travel will Mark Schroeder or Eric Edgecumbe to approve status for their first Elite trip.
EVA Economy (sold as economy)
EVA Elite (shows as economy when ticketed) *regular business with a 38" seat pitch
EVA Premium Laurel (sold as business class online) ? first class
