Top Ten Things To Do

- Waikiki Beach - Spend The Day at the worlds most famous beach! See & be seen. Take surfing lessons. Nothing like a day at the beach.
- Go Shopping The International Marketplace is where you will find the lowest prices for all your souvenirs, Aloha and T-shirts. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping center is where you will find a hundred shops and restaurants.
- Climb Diamond Head - The extinct volcano has stairs to the top, from the inside. Good workout, but worth it to see the beautiful panoramic view of Waikiki and the Pacific Ocean.
- Snorkel at Hanauma Bay - Less than 1/2 hour from Waikiki, Hanauma Bay is home to some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii. Gentle, shallow water, lots & lots of fish to see. This is also a great beach to spend the afternoon.
- Pearl Harbor - The newest attraction at Pearl Harbor is the WWII Battleship, BB63 Missouri. Take the tour of a real battleship. Take one of the many tourist ships special harbor tours or drive to the Naval Base and take the tour provided by the Navy.
Tip: The Navy Tour allows you to actually board the Pearl Harbor Monument.
- Polynesian Cultural Center - This theme park is made up of native villages common to Polynesia. Tahiti, Fiji, New Zealand, Samoa, Marquesas as well as Hawai'i.
- Paradise Cove Luau - One of the best luau's in the islands. A great show of the ancient ways of Hawaii, a great meal and lavish entertainment revue.
- Eat a Fine Meal - Waikiki is home to over 200 restaurants with some of the finest chefs in the world. You can choose any type of food from the fine restaurants in Waikiki.
- Take a drive to the other side of the Island - Drive 10 minutes from Waikiki, and you will think you are on another island. Quiet and peaceful, with beautiful beaches and lush vegatation. Drive west on Kalakaua Blvd to Diamond Head, then onto Hanauma Bay, then to the Blow Hole, then to Sandy Beach to belly board, then to Highway 61 South back to Waikiki. Great day exploring.
- Waimea Bay and Park - This famous beach is home to the world surfing championship. Be careful; it is dangerous for swimming, but awesome surf in the winter time. The Waimea Falls Park is a lush canyon with a great waterfall.
