Remarks: I had a wonderful experience at the Aqua Resort. At arrival we were presented with cold wash cloths and cold tea. Our bags were taken to our rooms that overlooked the pools and beach. I needed some madicine from the drug store and our attendant took the extra step to get it for me and delivered it to my room. We stayed our first 3 nights at the Ritz down the street and missed our plane so came to Aqua to stay another night in Cancun. I would have to say that I was much more impressed with Aqua (which was a bit cheaper) than with the Ritz. Thank You for the wonderful stay I would definately return and stay at Aqua again and again.
