Peak Travel Group uses the Apollo Focalpoint reservation technology to facilitate airline, rental car & hotel reservations, Through direct connection Peak agents are able to provide instant confirmations. In addition to reservations, we use the Apollo Focalpoint as our main database for account profiles and personal traveler profiles. Through the Private Fares module of Apollo, we are able load and "auto-price" our many exclusive negotiated low "PeakFares". We also load our special Hotel "PeakRates" for instant negotiated rate confirmations.

With AgentWare, our agents quickly and easily search multiple web sites for travel inventory using one interface, AgentWare. AgentWare scours the web, including consolidator fares that are not available through normal published sources such as the GDS. This is a web based tool that searches airfare and consolidator sites in real time to obtain the best prices for our customers. With a single query, AgentWare scours 70 different web sites simultaneously and returns results in one page. AgentWare then links directly to the booking page of a web site when a customer is ready to book. And, the booking information is also linked into our back office systems for billing or tracking purposes so we gather complete travel data for your reports.

Working in conjunction with our reservation system is the Cornerstone ResQCX quality assurance program. ResQCX is absolutely the finest reservation processing quality assurance program available. This computerized quality program checks validity and accuracy of information. Incomplete or undocumented reservations are not allowed to be ticketed. ResQCX also performs a comprehensive low fare search before ticketing and monitors existing reservations for lower fares. ResQCX also has a module that monitors reservations to clear waitlists for lower fares and for clearing preferred aisle or window seating assignments.
