Ohana Waikiki West

 is one of our favorite moderate hotels in Waikiki,. It is located directly behind the Famous International Marketplace. The Waikiki West is part of Outrigger Hotels Hawaii and is offered under their Ohana Hotels brand of family style accommodations.

Although the Waikiki West is a 3 block walk to the beach, it is still in the center of everything. It has a nice, albeit “smallish” 2nd floor pool and pool bar that serves snacks and beverages throughout the day and has live entertainment at night. The Ohana Waikiki West Hotel has a couple of restaurants including a very popular Chili's. The rooms are decent sized, but also very basic.

FYI: The least expensive rooms at The

Ohana Waikiki West

 are "no-view" overlooking the backside alley, so if the view counts to you make sure you request city view room category or better.
