The Poipu Kai Kauai Condos are located in the desirable Poipu area, but not on the beach. This is a fairly large facility which boasts, 9 tennis courts, a Restaurant, Bar, 6 Pools, and jacuzzi. Rooms are large, but have ceiling fans, and do not have air-conditioning. Might be a bit hot in the summer, but ok the rest of the year. The Poipu Kai Kauai Condos are a nice moderate condominium and located very close to popular Poipu Bay Golf Course Kauai.
