Reports list flight and hotel information with telephone numbers for ease in contacting them with updates about the emergency or alternative flight plans.

We can run reports quickly because we capture GDS information and travel booked with online booking tools in our mid-office database, not the airline-controlled GDS. With good information quickly in hand, we can rebook the traveler’s air reservations and other essential services.
