The Royal Villas Beach Resort is an all-suite family style Mazatlan Condo. The units are spacious, clean and well-maintained. Each unit has a small kitchen area and sitting area. The Junior Suites have full kitchens. The Royal Villas Mazatlan Condo is located in the Golden Hotel Zone which is central to shopping, the Malecon and downtown. The hotel has a nice lobby-lounge area with a waterfall and restaurant to compliment the beach-front pool area. The beach area offers many watersports and is a great place to spend afternoon. The Royal Villas Beach Resort is a typical 3-star Mexican style property that offers a very comfortable atmosphere.
