Ritz Carlton Kapalua
has now completed a $180 million total renovation that made significant improvements to the resort. Upgraded features include a new pool area, spa facility, upgraded sleeping rooms, restaurants and lobby area. Rooms have been renovated and upgraded to now include 18” flat-screen TVs, marble baths, new luxury bedding and furniture. The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua is now one of the top resorts in the Hawaiian Islands.
The
Ritz-Carlton Spa at Kapalua has been expanded to 17,500 square feet and features 15 treatment rooms with seven of them opening to private outdoor shower gardens. Each of the treatment rooms has iPod docking stations. The spa also features two outdoor couples’ cabanas and separate men’s and women’s relaxation areas featuring steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools. The Spa also has the only CoEd indoor/outdoor relaxation area in Hawaii.
Completing the spa facility is the new state-of-the-art
Fitness Center providing cardio and resistance machines as well as free-weights to stay in shape while on your vacation. The spa staff also provides daily fitness classes that include Yoga and Pilates.
The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua has always been considered one of Hawaii's premier golf resorts hosting many PGA tournaments. The golf courses at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua are truly spectacular and have unbelievable ocean views. The resort has three courses each of which is challenging in a different way. The
Bay Golf Course is an Arnold Palmer designed par 72. The
Village Golf Course is another Arnold Palmer designed Par 71.
The Plantation Golf Course was designed by Ben Crenshaw designed and is a Par 73. The Kapalua Golf Facility has a complete pro shop stocked with equipment for demonstration, rent and purchase . Private instruction is available from a staff of PGA professionals. There is also a putting green and practice range for your use. To round out your sports activities, the resort also has an excellent Tennis facility with 10 Tennis courts.
