. The Baccarat Wailea Resort & Residences is a new division of Starwood Hotels that feature both individual ownership and hotel rooms in the same property. The Baccarat Wailea Resort & Residences is a beach-front resort located adjacent to the famous Wailea Golf Course.

The original resort was purchased by Starwood Hotels and Kobayashi Group who immediately closed it in late 2008 for a complete renovation. When it reopens in late 2009 or early 2010, the
