The Peak Travel Group internet team has created the RegMadeEasyTm online group and event registration system. The Peak IT team will work with you one-on-one to develop your own custom online group and event registration website. It will be branded with your logo, look, and feel of your company web site. The data fields will be created and developed per your individual event requirements. This will allow your group participants to register for your meeting or event online. They will make their travel requests and provide choices for their meals, activities, and any other optional data you require from them.

When your group participant registers online, 5 actions immediately happen:

1. A custom Thank You page branded with your company logo appears so they know the request went through.
   
   
2. The registration information is sent to our group travel department for processing.
   
   
3. An e-mail is sent to the registrant from Peak Travel, branded with your logo acknowledging the registration was received. This e-mail will provide information on the group and how to get a hold of Peak Travel in case they need to speak to an agent regarding their registration.
   
   
4. The registration information is stored in a password protected database for your retrieval anytime 24/7 from our Group Travel Management Console™. The password protected Travel Console will allow you to download the registration information in Excel to perform custom sorts and other breakouts to manage the group.
   
   
5. The registration information is stored on our secure web server for default backup.

You will be given a login and password to access our Group Travel Management Console™ for real time registration information including who signed up, the choices they made, and any personal comments. You can view this information online, download in Excel format, or have the data sent to you via e-mail.

The Peak Travel internet team will also create a dynamic, colorful e-mail for you to send to participants prompting them to register online.
