Day 1 - Sydney
Sydney is the heart and state capital of New South Wales. A major world port, the city seems to stretch as far as can be seen to the west, north and south over 670 square miles. Where Sydney’s metropolis ends, the open bush of New South Wales begins. Sydney enjoys a superb sunny climate with a beautiful harbor crowned by billowing sails of the incomparable Opera House. Like many major cities, Sydney is a contrast of old and new with soaring glass and steel skyscrapers and the dramatic Opera House and interesting historical buildings. One of Sydney’s best viewing spots, the 48-story Australia Square Tower, is where the entire city can be seen in convenient orientation. Other sights include Cadman’s Cottage, the oldest surviving house in Australia; Royal Botanical Gardens, boasting a magnificent collection of South Pacific plant life; Art Gallery of New South Wales, a short walk from the center, the art gallery has an excellent permanent display of Australian, European, Japanese and tribal art. Harbor cruises and helicopter flightseeing are great ways to enjoy fine views of Sydney.

Day 3 - Brisbane
Brisbane is Australia’s third-largest city and Queensland's capital. Gardens, parklands and flowering trees border the avenues. The parliament buildings and Botanic Gardens can be found here. Beaches lure residents and visitors to the Sunshine Coast north and the Gold Coast south of Brisbane. In foothills of the Taylor and D’Aguilar ranges, rising behind and a little west of the city, some of Australia’s most beautiful homes have been built to take advantage of the setting and tropical surroundings. Most notable among architectural landmarks is City Hall – one of Brisbane’s showplaces. City Plaza, an impressive complex of specialty shops and open-air cafés, is in the heart of Brisbane. Visit Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Mount Coot-tha Forest Park and Moreton Bay district. Other sites include John Oxley Memorial, Newstead Park, Miegunyah colonial architecture, and Queensland Art Gallery.

Day 6 - Cairns
Cairns is the sunny garden city where the Great Barrier Reef meets the Wet Tropics Rainforest, mountains and the gulf savannah not too far away. The city's water front boasts a world class marina and wharf used by visiting cruise liners, yachts and tour vessels. Cairns is situated in the Northern end of Tropical Queensland Australia. It's a modern city with a good location to explore some of Australia's vast array of flora and fauna. With a magnificent Casino, Cairns is alive with more activities than a visitor will ever have time for. The principal attraction is the over 60 national parks from the wet tropical rain forests and lush tablelands to the truly wild Cape York Peninsula and the Great Barrier Reef.

Rabaul and it's Harbor is to the New Guinea islands as the Metro is to Paris. Tokua airport is the gateway to the islands region. Rabaul is surrounded by friendly native villages and the local dialect is called Kuanua and its people are called Tolai's.

Day 12 - Guam
Guam, a territory of the United States, is the largest and southernmost of the Mariana Islands in the north-western Pacific Ocean. It is 30 mi long and about 8 mi wide. The northern portion of this tropical island is a plateau of coral formation; the southern portion is hilly and of volcanic origin. Good anchorage is in Apra Harbour, on the western coast and the capital, Agana, is to the north. Guam is one of the principal US defense fortifications in the western Pacific Ocean and is the site of extensive naval, army, and air force installations.

Day 16 - Osaka
This large, bustling port is the starting point for tours to the ancient cities of Kyoto and Nara, the cultural fountainheads of classical Japan. Kyoto's Old Imperial Palace and the shogunal Nijo Castle remain glorious symbols of the power the city held for over 1,000 years. Until 1868, Kyoto was the capital of Japan, filled with elegant timber buildings and, perhaps more than any other Japanese city, imbued with Kami, the divine spirit. You'll sense it everywhere, for there are hundreds of Shinto shrines and over a thousand Buddhist temples, as well as sacred treasure-houses of religious sculpture, painting and exquisite gardens. Nara, City of the Seven Great Temples, lies in an idyllic setting.

Day 17 - Hiroshima
Hiroshima in southwestern Honshu has grown rapidly as a commercial city, and after 1868 it was developed as a military base. Every August 6 since 1947, thousands participate in multidenominational services in the Peace Memorial Park built on the site where the bomb exploded. After the war the city was largely rebuilt, and commercial activity gradually resumed. Visit the Peace Park but also explore Miyajima Island and its colourful shrines and mysterious forests.

Incheon is the capital city's gateway for international visitors. At the start of the 21st century, the metropolitan city gained a higher international status with its strategic position for trade and cultural exchanges, particularly with China and its newly-emerging economy. Incheon’s citizens are generally progressive and independent. The western port city hosts numerous historical sites, and tourist destinations attract people from across the country. Some major attractions include Weolmido – home of the Weolmi Food Festival, Yeonan Wharf (at the cruise ship pier), Woelmi Amusement Park, Incheon Principal Museum, Memorial Hall of the Incheon Landing, City Tour (by bus), and Munhak Stadium (stadium of the World Cup Soccer Championship).

Explore Shanghai old and new: the busy bazaars and alleyways of the Old Town, Yu Garden, Wuxingting Tea House, Long Hua Temple and more.

Hong Kong is one of the world’s great cities and a delightful realm of natural wonders and serene rural villages. With its wealth of cultural attractions, Hong Kong invites exploration and inspires interest to even the most experienced traveler. Sights include Museum of History – which houses a collection of archaeological finds and historic photographs providing an introduction to Hong Kong’s history. Cultural Center is the city’s newest performing arts venue. The Space Museum’s dome, where Omnimax shows and astronomy exhibits are featured, is nearby. Adjacent is the Museum of Art. Stanley Market is an open-air market for browsing and finding bargains in fashions, leather, porcelain, and linens. Jade Market is a specialty market featuring 450 stalls with jade items.
