This one of the good value Puerto Vallarta Hotels for the budget-minded traveler. This small hotel with Mexican decor and atmosphere is built around a large pool. The Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort is a combination of two hotels to form one and is fifty yards from a wide sandy stretch of Las Glorias Beach.
