The Embassy Suites Maui is under new ownership and is now known as the Kaanapali Beach Club. This is a time-share resort. While they still offer rooms per night like a normal hotel, this is mostly to entice guests to purchase a time-share. The rooms are very comfortable and offer 1 bedroom mini-suite accommodations. The Kaanapali Beach Club has a huge pool area with a water slide! Great Maui Family Resort fun for the kids. Overall, the Kaanapali Beach Club offers a great facilitiy, however time-share owners get the best units, and the pressure will be on to purchase vacation ownership.
